We strive to minimize our environmental impact as much as possible. Any unavoidable negative effects, such as those from business travel, are offset by supporting tree planting and community projects in developing countries.

As a company we support and encourage our employees to get involved in the promotion of Engineering as STEM Ambassadors. We have delivered a number of Engineering workshops to local primary schools .

We have a structured Graduate Scheme which is aimed at enabling our Graduate Engineers to attain IEng status within 2 years.

We also support work experience placements, undergraduate summer placements and mentoring of undergraduates at local Universities.

We support a number of local sports clubs and provide paid time off to our employees to encourage them to give back to their local communities.

We also support a number of charities including Save the Children.
